Yes! For regular stock, we provide free samples; you only need to pay for shipping. Custom samples require negotiation.
4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom services?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the size of the product. For regular stock, our minimum order quantity is 1 piece. For complex custom designs requiring mold making, the minimum order quantity is usually 500 pieces (negotiable).
5. What environmental certifications do we have?
We have various certifications, such as MSDS, RoHS, and REACH. If you require any, please let me know and I’ll send them to you.
6. How do I choose the magnet grade?
You can refer to the performance tables for different materials, or simply provide us with your requirements. Our engineers will assist you and provide recommendations.
7. How do I choose the coating?
The most commonly used coating is nickel-copper-nickel, which offers excellent aesthetics and corrosion resistance. Zinc plating is also a great option, offering excellent value for money. You can choose the appropriate coating by consulting our detailed coating information.
8. What is the tolerance range?
Standard dimensions are ±0.1mm, and precision machining can reach ±0.02mm (e.g., for medical device magnets). This must be clearly indicated on the drawing.
9. Does the magnetization direction affect installation?
Axial magnetization (thickness-wise) is suitable for suction-type mounting (e.g., hooks), while radial magnetization (diameter-wise) is suitable for motor rotors. Before ordering, please provide a drawing with the orientation indicated to avoid misalignment.
10. Regarding shipping?
